With the use of today's technology for communication purposes there is many benefits for technology that is communication based. With today's technology that we have to help us communicate, we are able to talk to anyone in the world within the matter of seconds. This allows communicators to work with others without even leaving their desk chair. A third benefit would be the access to use a translator for either very inexpensive or even free. Many communicators often use this resource if they are possibly doing business with another country but do not understand the language. By being able to effectively know and understand what the other person is saying is very important especially when it come to business related topics. From these benefits it has influenced the training that is needed for careers in communication to understand that the use of resources is very important. These resources could be a scanner to document information, an app that allows video conference call and even an app that helps to translate other languages. With communicators knowing their resources it allows job training to be more understood and have hand-ons learning on how to use the technology and grow the skills they need.
